So I'm past the Initiating and Planning process groups and am proudly in the Executing phase of actually studying for the PMP certification... Actually! I think I all my process groups have been overlapping in an Agile environment as I suppose is the reality of most PM's! SO its all been iterative...its been half way through the PMBOK5 and fizzled, and now I'm into the Head First PMP almost half way which makes a lot more sense to someone of my "attune-ment"... I am feeling good about it so far. But the reality surely kicks in each time you open a practice test and fail to go past 10 questions because of the shattering effect it has on your newly found confidence! So I have decided not to open a free online test until I have successfully completed the entire course from at least the Head First PMP.
A registered PMI member and approved PMP candidate....soon to become a certified PMP...
For this particular Project, I am both the Project Sponsor and Manager, and so i didn't have the liberty of having a ready Project Charter which would have supposedly been handed to me in the ideal world as PMBOK guides...never the less here's a quick summary based Project Charter I created-
